This Thursday (August 12th) The Linkery and Alesmith Brewing Co. are pairing four Alesmith cask beers with four plates pateured meats. The pairings will be available individually and the beer will be available on it’s own as well. In addition to the casks listed below The Linkery will have Alesmith Lil’ Devil and Alesmith X on draft as well. See below for the menu and pairings. Check The Linkery’s blog for more info.
The menu will be available a la carte, any course $10 including the food and a half pour of cask ale. All the beers will be available without food, too.
